During PSHE we talked about respectful relationships and what a healthy and unhealthy relationship might look like... Here are some of the responses... If you have any other ideas that you would like to share then please feel free to write them below. We have spent the last few days looking at equivalent and simplifying fractions.
We have talked a lot about the importance of multiplication knowledge and common factors, which are skills that are required to be able to simplify or find equivalents easily. At the end of the lesson we played this game which you can carry on playing at home if you click on the link! Let us know what level you got to!
Today we went outside and drew out a river system. Mesopotamia (from the Greek, meaning 'between two rivers') was an ancient region located in the eastern Mediterranean. We also looked at cuneiform writing and attempted writing our names in this ancient language/script... We have started to look at our topic this week by studying the word 'civilisation' and we have had a brief re-cap on what Islam is... |
