WINDOW INTO OUR CLASSROOM:
Today we decorated our Tanga tree, looked at water filtration and had a go at some African Dancing... I was so proud of you all performing your dance to the school at the end of the day; you did brilliantly! Well done Y6. The Changa school in Tanzania serve their children porridge every day for breakfast (their school day runs from 7.30am - 5pm so the children have breakfast when they get to school).
We all got to try some today... what did you make of your serving? (Pictures to follow...) We hope you make many memories this week with events from African stories to drumming to different art and science activities and many more things...
Let us know what you've enjoyed and learned as the week goes on... This afternoon we considered our favourite aspects of being on a device - we then looked at the associated risks and measures we can take to make sure we are safe.
The internet is potentially wonderful but we need to remember to keep safe, like in every aspect of life. |
